Author Joanne Black is American and writes fiction for the curious, wild, and free. She is inspired by nature and passionately explores the turbulence that results when imagination becomes reality.

She was born in the San Francisco Bay Area in California. She loves to travel and has enjoyed moving all over the country.

Her imagination is her favorite thing about herself and she is beyond delighted to share it through fictional stories. Her intention is to entertain other irreverent, wild, free spirits who crave sublime experiences.
